| IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
|
| Article 9 §230.6. "Prevailing wage" means the wage determined by the fiscal officer to be prevailing for the various classes of building service employees in the locality. In no event shall the basic hourly cash rate of pay be less than the statutory minimum wage established by article nineteen of this chapter, or, in a city with a local law requiring a higher minimum wage on city contract work, less than the minimum wage specified in such local law. |

| Full time is defined as employees regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 27.5 hours per week.

| SICK DAYS

| In first year, employee will accumulate 1 hour for every 30 hours worked to a maximum of fifty six hours.

| After the first year, 10 days pay or 10 days off with pay.
|
| This is based on 40 hrs a week, lesser hrs would be prorated.

| Payout of unused sick days are due 1/31 every year.

OVERTIME PAY |

| Any holidays worked will be paid at time and one half plus the holiday pay

| *Note: If an employee is required to work on Juneteenth, said employee shall receive an additional Floating Holiday in lieu of of Juneteenth holiday/holiday pay.

| If the holiday falls on a weekend the Monday or Friday are observed. If any work is performed on the observed Holiday, then time and one half for work plus holiday straight time is due. |
