I DON'T KNOW IF PREVAILING WAGES ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS SERVICE??
The VENDOR shall clean, degrease and disinfect all HVAC vents and ducts including the kitchen cooking exhaust system in the Golden Hill Health Care Center (GHHCC) located at 99 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston, NY, 12401. There are approximately 400 vents located in one, two story building and in one, three story building. A site visit is required to verify the full scope of work. The vents to be cleaned are all the vents within the facility including resident?s rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, stairways, storage rooms and all other rooms as directed by the Director of Maintenance. Also included are the kitchen range hoods, exhaust hoods, ducts and related items located in the commercial kitchen cooking exhaust system.
