Primary Action Buttons

If a page has multiple actions that are not equal in usage, elevate the prominence of the most likely next action.

What is the Solution?

The primary action should be placed to the left of a secondary action. Also, the primary action should be in the form of a button and shaded to give it prominence. The secondary action can either be a button (more prominence) or a link (lesser prominence).

When to Use this Pattern

Use Pattern in all pages - including overlays, inlays and confirmation messages.
