If you're trying to claim your weekly benefits, this online system is generally available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until midnight and all day Saturday and Sunday. Claims for weekly benefits made on Sunday are for the week ending that day. You may also certify by calling the TEL-SERVICE number. The TEL-SERVICE number is 1-888-581-5812.
